Service & Installation Manager - Full Time

Overview

  • Schedule all service and installation jobs including play set installation, swimming pool service, hot tub service & more.
  • Oversee all services and workspaces in shop and in the field.
  • Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects
  • Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns
  • Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers)
  • Manage and update invoices
  • Process new orders and track inventory
  • Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps and dealers
  • Keep a safe and clean workspace at all times
  • Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
  • Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws
  • Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes
  • Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service
  • Computer literate and proficient with inventory catalogs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven
  • Strong customer service and salesmanship skills

Retail - Up to 29 hours / week

Overview
  • Duties consist of selling pool and playset accessories and chemicals, testing pool water, troubleshooting and problem solving, stocking shelves, and more!
  • Paid Training.
  • Exciting and positive atmosphere!
  • Competitive compensation.
Requirements
  • Transportation to and from work.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Family friendly.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Sales - Full or Part Time

Overview
  • Duties consist of selling play sets and pools, following up regularly with leads, testing and troubleshooting pool issues, selling pool and playset accessories and chemicals, and more!
  • Paid Training.

Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Warehouse - Full or Part Time

Overview
  • Duties include pulling play set and pool packages for customer orders, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, making delivies, accepting incoming deliveries, maintaining the grounds, and more!
  • Paid Training.
  • Exciting & positive atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work independently.
